5th Scape User Manual

Buying 5th Scape tokens online using UPI or other online payment options involves several key steps. Keep in mind all the steps for a successful purchase of tokens. If you are using the platform for the first time, kindly follow the simple steps below for easy purchase.

Here, we provide you with the detailed steps a user needs to follow to buy the tokens from the 5th Scape online platform.

Visit the 5th Scape website using the link - https://5thscape.com/in

The minimum amount to buy the token is ₹10 and maximum ₹50,000
As the first step, you need to choose the amount (Ranging between ₹10 to ₹50,000) you are interested in buying the tokens.
After entering the amount, you will see the value of tokens equivalent to the amount you entered.
For the next step, click on the button "Buy Now"

You will see the screen below after clicking the "Buy Now" button.
Kindly enter your valid UPI ID

(Note:

1. Make sure you pay with the same UPI ID that you have given here

2. To ensure its correctness, verify it from your UPI app Profile)

Once you have successfully entered the UPI ID, it will take you to the next screen, on which you have to add your Mobile Number or Email ID and create a new password in the next tab.

(Note: The password field has been a newly added feature; thus, the previous users might not have access to generate a 'new password')

You will be taken to the payment screen after adding the Mobile number/email ID and creating a new password.
On this page, a QR code will be visible to make the payment using your UPI platform.

As you can see, the message on the screen says to wait for the payment to be transferred and verified by the bank.
Once the payment is verified, you will see a pop-up message on the screen, stating - “Payment verified."
In another case, where you cannot see the successful payment message or see a different message like - "Payment not received yet”, you are requested to stay on the page for the next few minutes.

Kindly wait for the next 2 to 3 minutes; you will see another message on the screen asking you to “claim your tokens.”

It will lead you to the Customer support form in which you will be asked to fill out the data.
Kindly add the accurate data you entered while buying the token in the first place in the support form.

Users are requested to wait for the next 24 to 48 hours after submitting the Google support form.
One of our customer support executives will send you the details about your credentials, including UPI ID, User ID and Password used during the initial transaction, along with your email ID or mobile number used.
Once you receive your login credentials (User ID and Password) from our support team, you can use the Login with UPI button, as shown in the image below.

Upon clicking the button - Login with UPI- you will see the below screen, where you will be asked to fill in login credentials.
Kindly enter the user ID and password you received in your email and press the "next" button, as shown in the image below.

You will be able to see your transaction details with proper status, as shown below.
If your details are verified by our backend team, you will be able to see the number of tokens and amount paid in the below pop-up box.
If you see a pending message, as shown in the below box, you are requested to wait for 24 to 48 hours; it will be updated automatically.
